Terms of Service:
This subscription
is good for new listings during time period registered for. Changes to
listing requirements are only done in the office with a receipt. If changes
are made after 15 days, additional fees may be charged. This receipt is
non-transferable, and must be surrendered upon demand for mis-use or abuse
(i.e., sharing of lists). Although diligent effort is made to keep listings
current, no guarantee is made that property is still available when given
to
holder, or that holder will rent any properties on their listings within
requested time period. All returned checks are subject to collection fees.
EXPRESS RENTALS uses every possible source to obtain vacancies. Any errors
brought to our attention will be corrected. There is a $10.00 fee for lost
receipts. There will be NO REFUNDS unless agreed to in writing by EXPRESS
RENTALS at the time of purchase. Thank you!
